Presence & Possibility ✨
The Therapy Intensives Retreat
A sacred pause for therapists ready to work differently.
March 9–12, 2027
Private Villa just outside of Orlando, Florida
A four-day retreat for therapists ready to reimagine their practice through therapy intensives—so their work heals deeply, their days feel spacious, and their life feels aligned and alive.
You already live and breathe
presence and attunement.
You can drop into intuition on the spot, read the room without missing a beat, and bring a deeply embodied, holistic energy into every session.
That’s your magic. ✨
You know the transformation that happens when clients have space to go deep—when there’s no rush, no clock, just real healing.
And you can feel it’s time…
Time to make intensives a steady, powerful part of your work.
Time to experience more alignment—with your purpose, your energy, and the impact you’re here to create.
But then the worries creep in…
→ What if clients don’t “get” intensives?
→ What if they think the intensive is too expensive or too much?
→ What if you don’t know how to talk about it in a way that makes sense?
If you bring your intuitive or spiritual side into this work, will people take you seriously?
And what if—despite your best intentions—you sound pushy, greedy, or fake?
Every now and then,
you wonder if there’s a better way to work.
You want to hold fewer sessions but also
✔️ go deeper,
✔️ earn more,
✔️ and end each day feeling fulfilled
❌ instead of drained
You want to show up with
✔️ clarity and calm
❌ instead of hustle and stress.
You want to grab hold of another way
A way that honors both the healer and the human in you.
Where your intuition, clinical wisdom, and business strategy move in harmony—
not competition.
Imagine….. A life that feels good in your bones.
You wake up with coffee and sunlight streaming in.
You have space to move at your own pace and actually drink in the moment.
(Who doesn’t love a slow morning?)
You glance at your schedule and smile—
no back-to-back sessions, no constant rush.
Just space, time, and energy for what matters most—both inside and outside the therapy room.
Your calendar isn’t crammed.
Your nervous system isn’t fried.
With intensives, you get to do the work you love and have the resources you need to live the life you want.
It might feel far from where you are right now but
We’ll walk beside you, every step of the way.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
-
In flow — doing the work you were made to do
Aligned — honoring your gifts and holding sacred space for transformation
Alive — witnessing breakthroughs that remind you why you became a therapist in the first place
-
Your family. Your friendships. Your own joy.
And the gratitude of getting paid to do what you love? It’s indescribable.
-
Is it worth a few intentional days to get clear on the kind of work you actually want to be doing —
the kind that lights you up and feels deeply aligned with your gifts?
To envision the practice and life you want to live —
with more space, presence, and energy for what truly matters?
To gently release the beliefs and fears that keep you playing small —
and open to the possibilities that have been waiting for you all along?
This isn’t just about taking three days off.
It’s a sacred pause
to reclaim your energy,
reconnect with your why,
and reimagine your next chapter.

You Can’t “Think” Your Way to What’s Next
To make a change this meaningful, you have to pause.
To go deep.
Because thinking the same way and doing the same things will only take you so far.
You already know how powerful it is to step outside the familiar.
That’s where the transformation happens — for your clients and for you.
And right now, creating that space for yourself is worth it. Especially now
That’s exactly why we created the
Presence & Possibility Retreat ✨
Step Away to Step Into the Sacred Work of Reimagination
Over three intentional days, you’ll slow down enough to hear your own wisdom again — the part of you that knows what you want your work and your life to look like.
We’ll gather in a space that invites restoration and reflection — where the pace softens, and presence becomes your natural rhythm.
Mornings might begin with movement or quiet coffee chats by the pool.
Afternoons are devoted to guided sessions that help you reconnect with your vision, clarify your next chapter, and release what no longer fits.
Evenings offer time to integrate — with connection, laughter, and grounding rituals that remind you of the joy in this work.
You’ll walk away with more than ideas. You’ll have a renewed sense of clarity — about your path, your practice, and how you want to move forward.
Because this isn’t a conference or another checklist to complete.
It’s a recalibration. A remembering.
A coming home to the work you’re truly meant to do —
and the way you want to live while doing it.
Inside Presence & Possibility✨…..
You’ll explore the inner and outer landscapes of intensive work—where deep clinical skill meets soulful alignment.
Over the course of the retreat, you’ll weave together the two essential layers of your work:
-
Deepen your practice from the inside out
Embodied Presence
Strengthen embodied presence to hold longer sessions from your grounded, Self-led center—where calm, curiosity, intuition, and compassion guide the work.Nervous System Awareness
Deepen your ability to track and tend to nervous system states (your own and your client’s) in real time, cultivating co-regulation and a sense of safety that allows for deeper healing.Self-Leadership in Action
Learn to recognize and work from your core Self-energy—balancing inner parts that may feel pressure, fear, or performance anxiety—so you can stay open, attuned, and present throughout the intensive process.Grounded Attunement
Integrate polyvagal-informed practices and somatic awareness to create a stable, responsive presence that supports emotional depth without overwhelm—for both you and your clients.
-
Let your purpose take form in the world
Clear Vision
See your practice through new eyes—one that honors your time, energy, and calling. Create spacious rhythms that support both your wellbeing and your work in the world.Authentic Invitations
Let your marketing become an act of authenticity and care. Speak from the heart so your message feels like an open door—inviting the right clients to step forward, not persuading them to say yes.Aligned Visibility
Show up in ways that feel true to you—rooted, radiant, and real. When your presence leads, your message naturally resonates with those ready for deep healing.Sacred Sustainability
Let your business nourish you as much as it nourishes others. Build a practice that sustains your body, spirit, and purpose for the long journey ahead.
Align your inner and outer worlds—
so your practice heals others and nourishes you.
Meet Your Guides
Steffeny & Barbara have been in the trenches of intensive work—
and know the sacred power it holds.
If you’ve ever been in a room with Barbara Sheehan-Zeidler, LPC, you know—she doesn’t just teach healing; she embodies it.
Barbara is a trauma-focused therapist, international speaker, and trainer whose work bridges science and soul. In her intensives, she blends clinical expertise with intuition and deep presence, creating experiences that move far beyond talk therapy.
When Barbara speaks, you don’t just take notes—you feel the shift in your body. You remember why you became a therapist in the first place. Whether she’s training clinicians, mentoring therapists in business, or guiding clients through intentional healing intensives, Barbara leads with compassion, clarity, and a steady wisdom that invites transformation.
An EMDRIA Approved Trainer and Consultant, Somatic IFS Certified practitioner, mindfulness enthusiast, and proud polyvagal geek, Barbara has done the deep inner work herself—and now helps others do the same. Her approach reminds us that the most powerful intensives come from therapists who are as present with their own humanity as they are with their clients’.
Barbara’s hope for you at this retreat:
“Healing begins with who we are, not just what we do.
Cultivating your deeply regulated self and being a living ventral vagal anchor creates the safety and attunement needed to guide longer, more transformative sessions with confidence and care.”
Steffeny Feld, LCSW, Founder of the Intensive Design Lab, is a therapist, EMDRIA Approved Consultant, business coach, and leader in the growing movement for therapy intensives. She helps therapists design premium, transformative intensives that provide deep client breakthroughs while increasing income and flexibility. Through her programs, including the Launch Guide and the Therapy Intensive Summit, Steffeny supports therapists in structuring, pricing, and marketing intensives in a way that feels both ethical and expansive. Her work has helped hundreds of therapists around the world break out of the traditional therapy model—prioritizing client transformation while creating more impact and freedom.
Steffeny’s hope for you at this retreat:
is that you leave feeling deeply rooted — grounded in who you are and clear on what’s calling you forward. It all begins with a single step — brave, imperfect, and beautifully yours.
You’re invited
into a circle of heart-centered, holistic therapists for a mentoring moment, where we can gather by the pool and have some real talk about your dreams, your fears, and what’s been blocking your flow.
Guided by trainers who have been in the trenches of intensive work—and know the sacred power it holds. We’ll learn together, we’ll experience together, and we’ll do the deep work ourselves. Because if what’s holding you back were simple or obvious, you would have already moved through it. Here, you’ll have the space and support to bring it into the light, gently release what’s in the way, and unlock what’s possible.
We’re inviting you to step forward—into your vision, your voice, your magic. The world needs you. And this is your moment to create, to speak up, and to offer the transformative intensive work only you can bring.
This 4-day retreat is designed to help you
design intensives that are
sacred, solid, and booked out.
You’ll walk away feeling…..
Confident in your ability to design and deliver intensives that are both sacred and clinically solid
Clear on who your intensives are right for—and reassured about when to say no
Grounded in your clinical wisdom and excited to follow your Self-led, intuitive guidance in the process
Ready to share the power of your intensives in a way that feels natural, aligned, and easy to talk about
Supported by a community of therapists who value presence, embodiment, and holistic practice just like you
We know that the cost of waiting
That uneasy space between something’s ready to shift and not yet.
When you feel out of rhythm with your purpose, your energy, your life’s vision — it shows up everywhere:
Another year of back-to-back sessions that drain you
Missing moments that matter because you’re too tired or too booked
Carrying clients week after week, knowing they could heal faster in an intensive
Watching your creativity fade when you were meant to expand
And the hidden cost?
The lost revenue.
The unoffered intensives.
The $10K weeks that never happened.
The investment in your clinical wisdom sitting quietly, waiting to bloom.
It’s time to stop waiting.
It’s time to say yes to your evolution —
to reclaim your energy, your purpose, and the work you’re truly here to do.
We are your people if you
Love both the woo woo and the practical (yin + yang)
Crave a balance of clinical depth and CEO-level clarity
Are ready to trust your intuition while grounding in intentional structure
Know that the deep personal work is what unlocks new possibilities
What Awaits You at the
Presence & Possibility Retreat
A soulful journey to remember what you truly desire—
in your work, your body, and your life.
Welcome Dinner | Tuesday March 9
Arrive. Exhale. You’re here.
Spend the afternoon settling in — float in the pool, drift along the lazy river, or curl up for a nap before our Welcome Dinner.
As the sun sets, we’ll gather for our Opening Ceremony — a chance to honor the journey that brought you here, release what no longer serves you, and open to what’s waiting to emerge.
Tonight is about connection — to yourself, your dreams, and the community walking beside you.
Day 1 | Wednesday March 10
Presence & Polyvagal Wisdom with Barbara
Begin the morning with a grounding practice—your feet in the earth, your breath steady, your heart open. Feel the breeze wash away the noise of everyday life as you drop fully into presence.
After a nourishing breakfast and conversation with other therapists who “get it,” Barbara will guide you into the embodied heart of presence—drawing from Polyvagal Theory to help you hold the depth and intensity of your work with steadiness and grace.
You’ll learn how to stay grounded when clients become overwhelmed, how to co-create safety through the body, and how to hold paradox with curiosity instead of fear. Through teaching, movement, and experiential practice, you’ll explore the space between you and your clients—and the sacred space within.
Lunch invites lightness and connection: sunshine air, and laughter.
The afternoon invites reflection: gentle exploration through art, meditation, or inner parts work—shedding fears, softening self-doubt, and reconnecting to why you said yes to this work in the first place.
Day 2 | Thursday March 11
Possibility & Marketing Strategy with Steffeny
This day begins in dreaming—because possibility is born from desire.
Together, we’ll envision what your practice and life could look like when therapy intensives are no longer an idea, but an integrated part of your work—offering more depth, spaciousness, and ease.
You’ll explore how to shape your practice around what truly nourishes you: fewer sessions, more presence, and the freedom to create experiences that serve both you and your clients.
Then, we’ll bridge dream and strategy. You’ll learn how to bring your embodied, intuitive presence into your marketing—so your outreach feels like connection, not performance. Discover how to share your work in ways that invite the right clients through resonance and trust, not persuasion.
You’ll leave with a clear roadmap and renewed confidence—ready to implement your plan and bring it to life in your practice.
This is where inspiration meets implementation—where the practice you’ve imagined becomes tangible, sustainable, and deeply nourishing for both you and the clients you serve.
Day 3 | Friday March 12
Integration & Renewal
We’ll close the retreat as we began—by the water, hearts open to the horizon.
A sunrise meditation welcomes the new—saying yes to expansion, to trust, to possibility.
After breakfast, we’ll gather one final time to integrate what’s taken root and to set intentions for how you’ll carry it forward.
Our closing ceremony will conclude at 12:00 PM on Friday. We lovingly ask that you plan your travel so you can be fully present through our final session. The closing circle is an important part of the retreat experience and offers space to reflect, integrate, and honor all that has unfolded together.
The seeds you’ve planted here need space to root and grow.
This retreat is more than a getaway—it’s a return.
To your body.
To your purpose.
To the deepest desires guiding you toward what’s next.
Say Yes to Possibility
And to the quiet knowing that even if you don’t have every answer yet, something good is waiting on the other side of this step. You can feel it.
This retreat is your doorway into a new chapter of your practice — one rooted in energetic alignment, sacred sessions, and deep nourishment for both you and your clients. Imagine creating:
More space in your schedule
More vitality in your body
More joy and presence in your life
More income with fewer sessions — and far less hustle
Because let’s be honest: it’s hard to access your wisdom when you’re rushing from one client to the next. It’s hard to stay intuitive and inspired when your calendar leaves no room to breathe.
Here, you’ll get to experience what it feels like to slow down —
and to actually live the kind of practice you’ve been dreaming of building.
There’s no price tag that can truly measure the value of a values-aligned, wisdom-centered life. The transformation you’ll experience is one that lives in your body, your energy, and your soul.
And if money is what makes you hesitate, here’s something to hold onto: one single intensive — just one — can cover the cost of this experience.
What better way to step into your next embodiment than to live it while you’re building it?

-Lauren Pollema
“The Presence and Possibility Retreat was nothing short of amazing. It was deeply powerful and healing both personally and professionally.
Steffeny and Barbara held the space in such a sacred way that inspired deep work, learning and transformation. I would do it again if I could! Highly recommend to people who are feeling called to be aligned in their work and themselves.”
-Brooke Brandeberry
Presence + Possibility gave me the space to show up authentically, even when I didn’t have clear answers about what I wanted next.
Barbara and Steffeny created an environment where I never felt pressured to reach a certain conclusion, pursue intensives, or have the ‘right’ experience. Instead, I felt supported in being honest about where I was and exploring what was coming up at my own pace.”

-
Absolutely. In fact, most therapists attend on their own.
One of the beautiful things about a small retreat is how quickly strangers become friends. We intentionally create a warm, welcoming environment where you'll have plenty of opportunities to connect with other therapists while also honoring your need for quiet reflection and personal space.
Whether you're naturally outgoing or more introverted, you'll be welcomed just as you are.
