I’m Steffeny Feld
I first stumbled across the idea of therapy intensives back in 2012. Fast-forward to 2021, when I opened my private practice, I knew I didn’t want to build it the traditional way.
No more 30-clients-a-week schedules.
No more burnout disguised as “success.” I wanted freedom, flexibility, and deep, meaningful work.
So in 2022, I launched my first intensive.
By 2023, I’d booked 12 of them, raised my rates, and more than doubled my hourly income.
Today? I offer 3-day intensives at over $5K each—and now I get to do deep, powerful work with clients I love while still having time to breathe, rest, and live my life.
No more back-to-back sessions.
No more being bored, burned out, or broke.
Just brave, beautiful work—with spaciousness and sustainability built in.

How long is the training?
The training is 90 minutes long, starting at 9am PST | 10am MST | 11am CST | 12pm EST.
Is there going to be a sales pitch?
At the end, I’ll briefly share how my program, Launch Guide, can support you to bring intensives into your practice, but rest assured, the entire training is valuable on its own.
What if I’ve already bought one of your templates?
